Day 73: Shoulders & Arms; Ab Ripper X
Today’s workout was a complete waste of time. Being pissed off and tired from the start doesn’t help. I should have just packed it in but I left the DVD going and went through the motions. I figured that was better than nothing. This was one workout that I really needed to do well and my head just wasn’t there today. Oh well.
It happens. We all have bad days. Just put it aside and bring it tomorrow. It all evens out.
