Day 3: Shoulders & Arms; Ab Ripper X
My upper body is still a little sore from Monday’s workout but not too bad. I definitely feel some soreness in my hamstrings from yesterday’s plyometrics. This morning I woke up at 6:30 and immediately got the Ab Ripper X workout done before work. Then as soon as I got home I did the hour long Shoulder & Arms workout. At this point I think every part of me feels some pain. I thought I was in decent shape before starting this but apparently I was wrong. 87 days to go!
