Day 74: Yoga X
Today’s workout went pretty well. The first half was really strong. I got a little shaky on the Half Moon pose on my left leg. In fact my left leg was a little shakier than normal in some of the other balance poses. I’m really noticing another surge in flexibility. I can now stand with my feet together and with straight legs I can touch the floor. Also I noticed being able to reach farther in other stretches. Getting closer to the 90 day mark. Can’t wait to take some time off!
