My P90X Progress

Since January of 2009 I have lost 30 pounds through moderate exercise and a better diet. But I’ve hit a plateau and need to try something new because I’ve grown bored of my current program and have been skipping workouts. I heard about P90X and it sounded like the right program to get out of my workout rut and attempt to get in the best shape I’ve ever been. So this blog will attempt to track my P90X journey. Hopefully I will survive!
