Day 14: X Stretch
0I like X Stretch day. It give me a chance to rest and to stretch out all my sore muscles. I felt some soreness this week but not as bad as the first week. In fact this morning the only thing that’s really sore is my calfs. I’m not sure if that’s from Friday’s leg workout or from the Kenpo workout yesterday. It will be nice this week since I have it off and can get all my workouts done in the morning instead of after work. That should help a lot.
Day 11: Yoga X
0This was my second time doing the 90 minute yoga DVD. It wasn’t so bad this time around but it’s still very long. I noticed that I am a little bit more flexible than when I first started P90X. I am able to more easily reach my toes in certain positions. I’m going to try to get the Legs & Back workout in tomorrow night after dinner.
