Day 15: Chest & Back; Ab Ripper X

I did the Chest & Back and the Ab Ripper X workouts this morning. I saw a little bit of progress from last week but those damn pullups are just killer. At least I’m all done now and have the whole day to myself.

Day 14: X Stretch

I like X Stretch day. It give me a chance to rest and to stretch out all my sore muscles. I felt some soreness this week but not as bad as the first week. In fact this morning the only thing that’s really sore is my calfs. I’m not sure if that’s from Friday’s leg workout or from the Kenpo workout yesterday. It will be nice this week since I have it off and can get all my workouts done in the morning instead of after work. That should help a lot.

Day 13: Kenpo X

After a good night’s sleep today’s Kenpo X workout was quite enjoyable. I made it through with no problem. It was a lot of sweating but the hour went by fairly quickly. I like getting the workouts in first thing in the morning rather than after work.

Day 12: Legs & Back; Ab Ripper X

The ab workout went fine this morning but I was way too exhausted tonight for the legs and back workout. I got through the whole hour but my heart and energy just wasn’t there 100%.

Day 11: Yoga X

This was my second time doing the 90 minute yoga DVD. It wasn’t so bad this time around but it’s still very long. I noticed that I am a little bit more flexible than when I first started P90X. I am able to more easily reach my toes in certain positions. I’m going to try to get the Legs & Back workout in tomorrow night after dinner.

Day 10: Shoulders & Arms; Ab Ripper X

I made it to double-digit days! I did Ab Ripper X first thing in the morning before work and then completed Shoulders and Arms when I got home. I was able to do more weight and/or reps on all of the exercises. 80 more days to go.

Day 9: Plyometrics

I didn’t really feel like working out tonight. I was tired and had a headache. But I got home, put the DVD in and did it. I’m still tired and stillĀ have a headache.
