Day 53: X Stretch & Jogging
0This morning I did the stretch routine. As usual it felt really good. Since it isn’t really a workout I decided afterward to run two miles on the treadmill. I remember when a short run like that felt like forever but now after doing these hour plus workouts for the past couple months it went by super fast.
Day 50: Yoga X
2I had a really good Yoga workout this morning. The Yoga block I got for Christmas definitely helped for some of the standing splits and half moon poses. I was even able to get up in Crane with the assistance of the block touching my forehead to keep me steady and balance. However, after a little bit of time I lost my balance and fell, slightly injuring my knee. My body is feeling very relaxed right now.
