Day 50: Yoga X
I had a really good Yoga workout this morning. The Yoga block I got for Christmas definitely helped for some of the standing splits and half moon poses. I was even able to get up in Crane with the assistance of the block touching my forehead to keep me steady and balance. However, after a little bit of time I lost my balance and fell, slightly injuring my knee. My body is feeling very relaxed right now.
You never realize how much difference a block can make, till you get one.
It definitely helped a lot. It worked much better than when I tried to balance on a sneaker the other day. 🙂
