Day 29: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps; Ab Ripper X
Phase 2 began today with a bang. This was definitely the hardest workout so far. There were 24 different exercises and thankfully each one was only one set. Guess how many one-armed pushups I was able to do? 0.0. Nada. Nothing. Actually if you count me simply collapsing from the floor then maybe we can go with .5 as the number. Maybe after 90 days I’ll be able to get a couple in but it might take another round of P90X to really master those. We’ll have to see. I did the ab workout first and that went really well today. It didn’t feel as hard as it did a week ago. Now I need to rest!
Well done making it this far. I just finished day 90 this morning.
This is probably the hardest one. Don’t let it get you down, by the end, I could only do 5 one handed pushups, on each side, on my knees.
One other thing, give CardioX a try, swap out Kenpo, I find it a much better workout. Although, I think Kenpo does a better job of loosening my legs up after legs/back.
