What a difference a week makes. Today’s workout went incredibly better than last Monday. Although I still can’t do a one-armed pushup, I increased my reps or weight on all the exercises. In fact on the ab workout, I decided to use a small weight while doing the Mason Twists to make them a little harder. Today was one of the first days I did the ab workout right after the main workout. I took a 5 minute break in between though. It’s a little harder doing it after another workout since your body is already pretty tired. However, I did most of the advanced moves and feel really good right now.
