The Day 30 Progress Report
I’m fairly happy thus far with the results at this point. When I started I was 157.5 pounds with 18% body fat. Now I am 156.5 with 16% body fat. So essentially I’ve lost 5 pounds of fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle. I took pictures and although I don’t look any more muscular, my stomach has definitely flattened out a bit, but still has some cushion to lose. I feel much stronger at this point and aerobically fit. Like I mentioned before, my flexibility has gotten so much better. Today standing with my legs spread wide I was able to place both hands flat on the floor in front of me. When I started I could barely touch the floor with my fingertips. I’m hoping that in the next two months I’ll see more visible muscle gains and finally get rid of most, if not all, of my belly fat. It was fitting today that I had to do the Plyometrics X workout since it definitely puts a punctuation mark on the month. Day 90, I’m closing in on you!
