Day 4(R2): Yoga X
I’m disappointed in myself but I had to bail out on this one with 25 minutes left. I should have just took the day off but I decided to give it a shot but wasn’t feeling it. I got through the first 45 minutes really strong but once I hit the balance posture section I just couldn’t focus. I stumbled my way through that and hit the shoulder stand and got a phone call from a friend so I used that as an excuse to stop. When I got off the phone, I had no desire to continue. Oh well. I got a good solid hour in which is what most of the other workouts are.
Don’t beat yourself up over this. It happens. Life gets in the way.
A lot of people don’t even bother with the balance postures, they just do the first half.
Anyway, good job on starting again.
I’m over it now. 🙂 The next couple workouts went just fine. Never mind life getting in the way, that workout is just so long. I need to think about how to modify that a bit. Maybe one week I do the first section and the next week the second. Or I just do Yoga over the course of two days.
