Day 1: Chest & Back; Ab Ripper X
OMG. That was exhausting. I have to do this for 90 days?! I had the phone next to me with 911 on speed dial the whole time. Everyone wasn’t kidding, it’s a pretty intense workout. A body can only do so many pushups and pullups before it yells STOP. I gave it my all though and survived with a few little extra breaks in between. Only 89 more of these to go! Wish me luck. I’ll need it.
