Day 5: Legs & Back; Ab Ripper X
Instead of resting today I decided to workout when I got home from work. I did the legs and back workout which was tougher than I thought considering you didn’t really need to use weights. After that I needed to eat. Then a little bit later I did the ab workout but my lower body was so exhausted it was a challenge. Now it’s time to relax and watch the UCONN game!!!
