Day 89: Core Synergistics
Doing this workout a half hour after eating dinner is not advisable. But unfortunately I didn’t really have a choice if I wanted to get it in today. I had to take a couple of breaks since I was getting a cramp. This is the kind of workout that I would do best in the mid afternoon. One more day left!!!!!
That’s begging to throw up. You’re nuts. One more day, and it’s the longest, yoga! Bring it home strong.
