Since I am not really doing a true second round of P90X, I think I’m going to stop counting the days like I am. I successfully completed round 1 without missing or modifying the workout schedule but due to schedule issues and other things going on, I don’t have the same time to commit right now. I plan on getting at least 5 workouts in per week but it may vary and I will mix them up a bit.

That being said, I did my ab workout this morning and was hoping to do Shoulders & Arms when I got home from work. However, I had to work a little later than normal and when I got home I was starving. After eating dinner, I wasn’t in the mood to workout and instead spent over an hour practicing guitar which I just started doing a few weeks ago. So between work, exercise, my new guitar hobby, coaching soccer soon and other springtime activities, I’ll need to find a balance between them all. I plan to get another full round of P90X in but that probably won’t be until the fall. Until then, I’ll be mixing and matching workouts which I’m sure will give plenty of muscle confusion, as well as confusion in general! 🙂
