Day 67: Yoga X
My body is really feeling beaten up this week. I can’t wait for a day off. I thought Yoga was going to be a “relief” today but I was a teeny bit wobbly on some things. However, I was able to get up in crane for almost 10 seconds at one point! Never did that before. My least favorite workout is tomorrow. Legs and back. Ugh.
It’s amazing how a few days can really catch up with you. I also think in phase three, the constant changing of routines wears you down..muscle confusion baby…it works!
