Day 66: Back & Biceps; Ab Ripper X
My chest is still sore from Monday’s workout. I realized earlier that I think it’s because I used pushup bars for the first time and I must have gotten much deeper than past workouts. My body overall today is feeling pretty beat up. The ab workout today was a bit tough just because I didn’t have a lot of energy. I powered through back and biceps and improved in many areas. I even did some corn cob pullups without a chair. However, I did have to put my feet on the ground between them to get a teeny second of rest before pulling back up again. I can’t believe I’m going to type this but I’m actually looking forward to yoga tomorrow!
