Day 45: Back & Biceps; Ab Ripper X
I’m halfway done with this first round!!! I made the best of this one and pushed it really hard. I might have popped a blood vessel or two in the process. My biceps are so pumped up. Why can’t they stay like this all the time?! Now the challenge is to get a Christmas Eve and Christmas workout in this week.
Great tracking of progress (I just found your site linked from the P90X Facebook group)! Your blog makes me wish I would have tracked my progress daily. I post every now and again on teambeachbody.com and track my workouts on paper, but that’s about it. I like reading others’ experiences to learn where they notice their progress, and compare against my experience with the program. I’m currently on Day 3 of Week 10, and am still loving it and getting great results. Just this week, I am noticing major gains in strength. Stay dedicated – you’re doing great!
Thanks Mike for your comments. The blog has definitely helped keep me committed to this program and it will be nice to reflect on it once I hit the 90 day mark. Way to go being on Week 10! You’re almost there yourself!
