Day 41: Kenpo X
Just finished kicking and punching my way through this workout. My favorite part is the Front & Back Knuckles/Ball Kick/Back Kick combination. I still don’t think I get a great cardio workout from this even though I push it pretty hard but it’s fun to do. Stretch day coming up tomorrow.

If you want a tougher work out, do the work out with a garbage bag on, you get a crazy sweat from it. Keep up the good work man!
A garbage bag on? Have you done it that way? LOL
Ya I did it for Plyo. never have I sweet so much in my life. drink lots of water lol.
