I took the plunge and ordered the Bowflex Selecttech dumbbells and used them today for the Arms & Shoulders workout. It really made switching weights a LOT faster than manually swapping plates on my other dumbbells. I hadn’t done this workout in awhile and didn’t lose too much strength from the last time I did it. I’m going to try to sneak in Chest & Back tomorrow morning as well as some Abs. At a minimum, I’d like to try to get in one set of the three strength workouts each week for the summer. If I find time to sneak in some of the others I will.
